The tolerance of the shaft should be h9, the tolerance of the housing hole should be H7. After the bearing is press-fitted, the inner diameter of the plain bearing adjusts itself to E10 (or F10 or D11, depending on the material). The resulting clearance is needed for the compensation of moisture absorption and thermal expansion, which are unavoidable in the case of plastic.
