These benefits are very important to industries like packaging, PCB, textile, food processing line, beverage or the applications involving repetitive tasks. The delta robot can be a very good choice for such applications.

Available as Modular kit or ready-made system:

Depending on the customers’ requirements, the delta robot can be delivered in two to three weeks as a preassembled construction kit or ready to install system in a standard aluminum profile.  The customer can also use their own software and control system or the intuitive and easy to use dryve D1 control system.

Technical Specifications:

Delta robot can handle up to 5 kg payload and has working space diameter of 700mm. The picks rate starts from 30 to 45 per minute and it varies depending on the load. This speed is possible with NEMA standard motors with encoder.

The lightweight construction of the delta robot makes extremely cost effective at a price of less than INR 7 lakh. The Return of Investment would be in two or three years.

igus Robot Controller:

The delta robot also comes with igus Robot controller, so called iRC with graphical interface. The same Robot controller is compatible with igus cartesian and robolink also.

In addition to delta robot, igus also offers the user the opportunity to individually assemble robot arms with up to 5 axis and cartesian robot too.
